“Picky” eating isn’t a choice. If your child has a limited variety of accepted foods, there is likely an underlying cause. Let’s work together to discover needs that can be addressed and increase their variety and volume of foods.

In case you are wondering…
We will start with a 15 minute phone consultation to help me best understand your needs. If we are a good match, you will come in for an evaluation. During the evaluation you will tell me your difficulties with feeding and I will watch you feed your child. Next we develop a treatment plan to address your difficulties so you and your child can start the journey to happy feeding.
Absolutely! The most important time in your nursing relationship with your baby is in the first hour after birth. Prenatal lactation education is a great way to get off to your best start breastfeeding. Prenatal lactation education at Square One OT is a one-on-one exchange between parents and Katelyn to answer your specific questions and get to know one another before baby arrives. When the big day comes, you will see all of the amazing ways your baby is already communicating with you and be empowered to feed them at the breast.
Feeding therapy looks different depending on the needs of your child. The most important component of feeding therapy that will always be the same, however, is a peaceful and engaging experience with food set to the pace and comfort of your child to help them build confidence. No forcing. No tricking. No crying.
Square One OT is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. For all other insurance providers, payment will be taken at the start of the session, and you will be given a bill to submit to your insurance so that they may reimburse you.
